The sweetness in this raw and unfiltered, organic honey is derived from the nectar of numerous species of flowers or blossoms here in Bexar County. Our honey is single source, in that, it comes form one location and one time period . We do not take all of our honey, from all of our hives, and mix it together. This produces a variation in color and flavour and is one of the reasons it’s so special.
